The Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (Inseta) aims to expand and improve the availability of essential skills within the insurance industry, contributing to sector growth and supporting national transformation efforts.

Inseta’s strategic objectives include: establishing a reliable framework for skills planning; expanding access to occupation-focused programs; optimizing workplace-based skills development; providing training and support to sector cooperatives, small enterprises, and NGOs; developing effective career and vocational guidance systems; encouraging the development of a responsive public Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system aligned with sector and national skills needs; and ensuring organizational efficiency.
