What is Service Seta
Service Seta, also known as the Services Sector Education and Training Authority, is one of 21 SETAs in South Africa dedicated to promoting skills development in various economic sectors.
Focusing on the services sector, it encompasses industries such as Personal Care, Real Estate & Related, Management & Business, Labour & Collective, Communication & Marketing & Cleaning & Hiring Services. Service Seta’s primary goal is to enhance productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness by addressing the skills development and training needs of these industries.
It partners with employers, training providers, industry associations, and government entities to identify skills gaps, develop relevant training programs, and facilitate their implementation.
